What is the age group to attend Youth Meet ?
The Youth Meet is only for people between 18 to 40 years of age. All the other age groups cannot participate unless they are invited by Swami.
When is the Youth Meet ?
Youth Meet is going to be held for two days (June 16 & June 17). Swami has instructed that all the youth should attend the retreat.
Please plan your trip like below
Arrival : June 15 (Saturday Afternoon)
Full day Youth Meet : June 16 (Sunday) & June 17 (Monday)
Departure : June 18 (Tuesday)
What's the agenda for the Youth Meet ?
Both June 16 & June 17th will be full day programs. We will have Workshop, Speaker sessions, fun breakout sessions, Bhajans, Service activity etc. Youth Meet is conducted at Swami’s residence. If our prayers are sincere and heartfelt, there is a possibility that Swami might come multiple times during the two days.

Which airport should I be flying in ?
The closest airport to Youth Meet location is Logan International Airport (BOS) - Boston. It is 30 miles from CHD.
Do you help with shuttle services from/to airport ?
Apologies we are unable to provide shuttle services from/to airport since people arrive at different times. There are Uber/Lyft & car rental options in the airport. Please see link.
However we help with transportation from/to hotel to Youth Meet location. Please check the next question
Do you help with Accommodation ?
We have got discounted prices at the Hampton Inn. Please click here or the link below to reserve the rooms.
This group rate is arranged only for youth attendees (18 to 45 years). We highly encourage everyone to speak with people from your city/state so you can share the room to split the expenses. Transportation from/to CHD from this hotel is also arranged.
Is there help in transportation from/to CHD from hotel ?
Yes, transportation from/to CHD from Hampton Inn (see above question) is arranged. But if you are staying at a different hotel, individuals have to manage their own transportation
Do we need to make our own food arrangements ?
Snacks & meals are catered for everyone during Youth Meet days(June 16th & June 17th). For other days, please self-cater.
Is day care offered for children ?
A day care program is not available. Parents are expected to take care of their children during the two day program.
I want to volunteer, how can I register ?
Thanks for showing interest to volunteer. We will be sending a volunteer form to all the registered participants closer to the program.
Can I attend just one day of the Youth Meet ?
Swami has instructed all the youth to stay for two days(June 16 & June 17). We highly encourage everyone to attend both days and get his blessings.
Are there special services for disabled persons ?
